Service Description

Mindful Vinyasa Flow uses breath to movement yoga sequences that are a full body workout, warming up the body gently, at the same time building muscle and flexibility. In Mindful Vinyasa, the goal is to create a practice that utilizes the components of a Vinyasa yoga class while flowing with more awareness. This class uses level 1 poses with modifications/props and music. All levels welcome!
