Service Description
This is the class for you if you know the basic language of yoga and you want to challenge yourself to take your practice to a deeper level. This class fluidly moves you through poses, by connecting the breath to movement with yoga sequences like sun salutations, and chaturangas. If you want to build up a sweat and challenge yourself to music this is the class for you.

Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, the class or special event may be canceled, and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and energy of our teachers. Special events are non-refundable | No refunds or exchanges | Prices are subject to change without notice.
