Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please do so at least 3 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your session. To honor the time and energy of our teachers and community, a $15 cancellation fee will apply if you do not cancel and do not attend your scheduled service. (No refunds provided) Thank you for your understanding and support—we look forward to practicing with you soon!

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:30pm

Saturday - 8:00am -2:00pm

Sunday - 8:00am - 2:00pm

Signing Up: Advanced sign up on the website is required for all classes and special events. Doors lock 3 minutes after scheduled start time. Our apologies, but no late admittance is permitted. Class Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class please send a chat or email to us no later than 3 hours prior to start time, in order to retain your class credit.

 

Please make sure to sign up for class 1 hour prior to class start, as Ajna Urban Yoga reserves the right to cancel any scheduled yoga classes or special events where there is 0-1 attendees only, signed up.
