Service Description
Strength & Stability Yoga Flow In this dynamic and challenging class, we’ll focus on safely building full-body strength and stability using a combination of classic yoga poses and effective modifications. Through repetition and small, intentional adjustments, you’ll gradually increase the intensity, allowing your muscles to grow stronger while maintaining proper alignment. We’ll flow through poses like Locust to engage the back and glutes, Warrior II with arm variations such as arm circles to increase shoulder strength, and Crescent Tap Downs to activate the core and legs. We’ll repeat movements like Warrior III multiple times to deepen the engagement of your core, legs, and balance. This class will not only help you develop a solid foundation of strength and stability but also improve your agility, flexibility, and body awareness. After building strength, we’ll transition into a calming cool-down, incorporating deep stretches to lengthen the muscles and release tension. Finally, the class will conclude with a restorative Savasana, allowing you to absorb the benefits of your practice and restore your energy.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please do so at least 3 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your session. To honor the time and energy of our teachers and community, a $15 cancellation fee will apply if you do not cancel and do not attend your scheduled service.
