Service Description

The practice of mindful meditation unfolds as a sacred gateway to self-awareness and inner harmony. Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom, mindfulness invites us to turn inward, softening the distractions of the outer world and awakening to the fullness of our being. With each breath, we cultivate a state of pure presence—an intimate dance between breath and awareness, body and spirit. The wandering mind is gently guided home, not with force but with the tenderness of non-judgmental observation. We become the witness, watching thoughts arise and dissolve like ripples on the surface of a still lake. This practice is not about emptying the mind but about embracing what is—meeting each sensation, each thought, each breath with compassion and curiosity. In this sacred space of mindfulness, we dissolve the illusion of separateness and remember our innate connection to the vast, infinite flow of existence. Through regular practice, mindful meditation becomes a refuge, a sanctuary where we return to our natural state of balance and equanimity. We learn to respond rather than react, to move with grace through the ebb and flow of life. We cultivate clarity, resilience, and a deep sense of inner peace that extends far beyond the meditation cushion, weaving into the fabric of our daily lives. As we breathe, we awaken. As we awaken, we remember. And in this remembrance, we find freedom.

Cancellation Policy

Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, the class or special event may be canceled, and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and energy of our teachers. Special events are non-refundable | No refunds or exchanges | Prices are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding and continued support we truly look forward to practicing with you.

Class Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class please send a chat or email to us no later than 2 hours prior to start time, in order to retain your class credit.

 

Please make sure to sign up for class 1 hour prior to class start, as Ajna Urban Yoga reserves the right to cancel any scheduled yoga classes or special events where there is 0-1 attendees only, signed up.
