Ajna welcomes you into the gentle world of Reiki. A practice of healing, balance, and presence. In this introductory class, you'll learn the foundations of Reiki as both a spiritual and energetic practice, exploring how universal life force energy flows through us and around us. Together, we'll explore, and experience guided techniques through hands-on demonstration, and quiet moments of reflection helping to deepen your understanding of how Reiki nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. This Intro to Reiki is a perfect way to dip your toes into the healing waters of Reiki. Open to all who feel the call, whether you are curious about energy, drawn to the path of healing, or simply seeking new ways to nurture your own well-being and uplift the well-being of others. It is a gentle doorway into connection, where ancient wisdom meets present moment awareness, and where each breath becomes an opportunity to open, soften, and remember the natural healer within.

Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, the class or special event may be canceled, and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and energy of our teachers. Special events are non-refundable | No refunds or exchanges | Prices are subject to change without notice.
