Move with intention in this vinyasa class designed to create space for exploration, awareness, and connection within each posture. Flow Fundamentals focuses on the essential elements of a well-rounded yoga practice: breath, alignment, strength, mobility, flexibility, and stability. Through thoughtfully sequenced flows, you'll have the opportunity to explore movement patterns, refine your understanding of postures, and develop greater body awareness while building confidence in your practice. Each class encourages you to move with purpose, honor your unique body, and create a deeper relationship with the way you move both on and off the mat. This class blends intentional transitions with purposeful movement, offering a supportive environment for anyone who wants to cultivate a strong foundation while continuing to grow in their practice. Flow Fundamentals is a place to reconnect with your body, challenge yourself appropriately, and discover the balance between strength and ease.

Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best possible experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, a class or special event may be canceled and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life is ever-evolving. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy honors the time, preparation, and energy our teachers dedicate to each offering. (Please always feel free to call, text, or chat with us regarding special circumstances or late sign-ups we’re happy to help whenever we can). Special events are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We truly look forward to practicing with you.
