This class explores the art of conscious breathing and mindful movement, guiding you through a practice that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. What is Pranic Flow? "Pranic Flow” refers to the intentional direction and expansion of prana through physical postures, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. In yoga, prana is the subtle energy that animates every cell, organ, and thought. When prana flows freely, we experience vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance. When it is blocked or stagnant, we may feel fatigued, anxious, or disconnected. This class helps to unlock and channel prana so that you can move through life with greater ease and presence. Rooted in the principles of Hatha yoga, this practice emphasizes steady, intentional postures (asanas) that cultivate strength, stability, and flexibility while promoting energetic balance. Movements are linked with conscious breathing, allowing for a meditative flow that enhances awareness and deepens the mind-body connection. A significant focus of this class is breath awareness meditation, where we explore various pranayama techniques to regulate the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and quiet the mind. Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best possible experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, a class or special event may be canceled and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life is ever-evolving. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy honors the time, preparation, and energy our teachers dedicate to each offering. (Please always feel free to call, text, or chat with us regarding special circumstances or late sign-ups we’re happy to help whenever we can). Special events are non-refundable.
