Service Description
In our private yoga class, you can have an individual program that is tailored specifically for your needs. Your instructor will customize and plan routines that incorporate the poses you want to visit and work on. Private yoga classes offer a personal touch to your practice and experience. You will receive individual guidance, direction and support for your practice. Here at Ajna we offer a team of talented, adaptive and well-trained teachers that are available to work with you on a private basis offering individualized instruction that works with your schedule and goals for practice.
Cancellation Policy
AJNA’S PRIVATE YOGA SESSION POLICY All Ajna’s Private Yoga Session purchases are final. This is a special service and is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or reimbursements will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, change of circumstances, or inability to attend. This purchase is valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Private Yoga Session appointments are valid only for the purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with another individual. No late admittance will be permitted. Guests arriving after the scheduled appointment time will not be accommodated, and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued. By purchasing an Ajna’s Private Yoga Session, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Any concerns regarding a purchase must be addressed directly with Ajna Urban Yoga in writing via email to annalise@ajnaurbanyoga.com Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. We kindly ask that participants allow the studio the opportunity to address and resolve any concerns directly before initiating any disputes or chargebacks. Chargebacks or disputes submitted without first contacting the studio in writing do not release the participant from their agreed-upon obligations. Prices are subject to change without notice. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW FEES Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking additional classes. If an outstanding cancellation or no-show fee remains unpaid, Wix will automatically suspend your account or membership until the outstanding balance has been paid and the matter is resolved. Once the balance has been paid, your account or membership will be reinstated and you may resume booking classes.
