Together let’s awaken your muscles and mind with our morning Hatha yoga class. With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness set to music.

Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, the class or special event may be canceled, and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and energy of our teachers. Special events are non-refundable | No refunds or exchanges | Prices are subject to change without notice.
