Service Description
This fun flowing class is a quicker paced practice focusing on intuitive movement and different transitions to flow through the yoga asanas. This flow is for the yogi looking for something both challenging and rewarding. Lets pump up the music and prepare to go and Vinyasa Flow. Designed to bring some fun to the mat by incorporating today's hits and seasonal themes while connecting the breath to movement challenging students' balance, strength, and awareness. This class will sequence together your basic yoga poses in a fluid and invigorating way! Adventurous yogis are invited to try the more challenging variations to postures as they are offered. Each student is encouraged to have a fun and playful practice, try new things, dance to the playlist and celebrate a fun and energizing flow practice that is safe for any yogi. Come let the day to day stress go and flow with today's upbeat modern music. It's the yogi's box of chocolates - you never know what you are going to get in class. Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, the class or special event may be canceled, and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and energy of our teachers. Special events are non-refundable | No refunds or exchanges | Prices are subject to change without notice.
