Vinyasa Flow Level 1–1.5 is a breath-led, intelligently sequenced practice that blends foundational alignment with smooth, continuous movement. This class offers a steady, accessible flow that builds strength, mobility, and awareness while honoring the natural rhythm of breath and body. Each class guides students through purposeful transitions that link postures together in a way that feels fluid, grounded, and sustainable. Emphasis is placed on alignment, breath coordination, and mindful pacing, allowing space to explore both stability and gentle progression within the flow. This practice supports the development of a strong foundation while gradually introducing more dynamic sequences, offering layers of exploration for a wide range of practitioners. Options and variations are provided throughout so students can adapt the practice to their own capacity, energy, and experience level. Rather than rushing through movement, this class encourages presence in transition learning how breath leads, how awareness refines movement, and how flow becomes more embodied when it is rooted in intention rather than speed. Expect a balanced Vinyasa practice that feels fluid yet grounded, energizing yet steady, and supportive while still offering opportunities for growth and refinement.

Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best possible experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, a class or special event may be canceled and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life is ever-evolving. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy honors the time, preparation, and energy our teachers dedicate to each offering. (Please always feel free to call, text, or chat with us regarding special circumstances or late sign-ups we’re happy to help whenever we can). Special events are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We truly look forward to practicing with you.
