Service Description

This is an "all levels" class. Whether you're new to yoga, a gym rat, or seasoned yogi. This class is focused on toning and strengthening your core, quads, biceps and triceps. You will also learn how to integrate what you learn into your yoga practice and everyday life. The best part is ending the class with restorative poses that will release all the work not only from your body, but also from your mind! Modifications will be made for those that are new to yoga or those wanting to start strengthening their body, but do not know where to start. The class will be based on the principle of Ahimsa, a Sanskrit word meaning "non injury". We will focus on working to your edge only being mindful that everyone's edge is different in terms to ability. In addition you will also learn when to rest, back off on the work, sit in stillness accepting the version of yourself in the moment while leaving your ego at the door. Rest assured that this is your practice and it doesn't matter what anyone else is doing. Give it a try, you just may learn to love this class because its all about you!
