Service Description
This class offers a supportive approach to yoga that is appropriate for all levels of experience. Each session blends mindful movement with intentional time set aside for discussion, giving students the opportunity to ask questions, seek guidance, and explore the practice in a safe, welcoming environment. Students are encouraged to raise questions throughout the class, experiment with variations, and learn at their own pace without feeling the need to meet any standard or expectation. Foundational postures, alignment principles, breath awareness, and yoga terminology are introduced and revisited in a clear, accessible way, with options and modifications offered to meet a wide range of abilities. The pace is steady and thoughtful, allowing students to build confidence, awareness, and understanding as they move through the practice. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class provides an opportunity to strengthen your foundation, refine technique, and deepen your connection to the practice while feeling fully supported to engage, explore, and ask questions.

Cancellation Policy
Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To help us create the best possible experience for our teachers and community, advance registration is required for all classes at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. While drop-ins are always welcome, please note that if one or no students are registered, a class or special event may be canceled and a teacher may not be present. We understand that life is ever-evolving. If you need to cancel a scheduled class or service, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit and incurring a $15 cancellation or no-show fee. This policy honors the time, preparation, and energy our teachers dedicate to each offering. (Please always feel free to call, text, or chat with us regarding special circumstances or late sign-ups we’re happy to help whenever we can). Special events are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We truly look forward to practicing with you.
